Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Pilot AC ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Pilot AC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on FiveM servers you own or operate, subject to the following conditions:

Each license key is valid for one (1) FiveM server unless otherwise specified.
The license key is bound to the server IP registered in the panel.
You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer your license key to any third party.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, or modify the Software.

3. Account Registration

You must register an account via Discord OAuth to access the Pilot AC panel. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information.

4. Payment and Refunds

License fees are paid in advance for the duration specified at the time of purchase. All sales are final. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion within 48 hours of purchase if the Software has not been installed on a server.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Use the Software for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the license validation system.
Share your license key publicly or with unauthorized parties.
Use the Software to collect personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws.
Claim the Software as your own creation or rebrand it for resale.

6. Data Collection

The Software collects player data from your FiveM server for anti-cheat purposes. This data is stored in your server's database and may be synced with the Pilot AC central panel. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

Pilot AC is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will detect all cheats or prevent all exploits. We aim for 99.9% API uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Software operates in offline mode if the central API is unavailable.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pilot AC, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or server uptime, arising from your use of the Software.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice or refund. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall the Software from all servers.

10. Updates and Modifications

We may update the Software and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Major changes will be announced via our Discord server.
