Pilot AC ("we", "our", "us") is an anti-cheat software for FiveM servers. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you register on the Pilot AC panel via Discord, we collect your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address.
When players connect to a FiveM server running Pilot AC, the server collects player identifiers and in-game behavior data necessary for cheat detection and ban enforcement. This data is stored in the server owner's database and may be synced with the Pilot AC central panel.

When Anti-VPN is enabled, player IPs are checked against a local database. No player IPs are sent to third-party services.
Panel data is stored on our secure servers. FiveM player data is stored in the server owner's database. All communication uses HTTPS encryption.
For player data on FiveM servers: the server owner is the data controller. Pilot AC acts as a data processor. For panel user data: Pilot AC is the data controller.

We use local storage for authentication. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.
